Caroline Sole brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector. With advanced training in leadership and coaching, she guides teams and individuals through complex change processes. Caroline stands for structure, foresight, and the ability to truly empower people.

Jac Adam is an entrepreneur, coach, and advisor in the fields of strategy, finance, and cultural transformation. With a background in business administration, international experience, and the lived reality of being a trans man, Jac stands for clarity, depth, and authentic change. His talks, coaching work, and personal journey inspire others to walk their own path – courageously and consciously.
